Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it. Once you’ve notified us of your return, we’ll provide instructions, and you will have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery cost.
To be eligible for a return, items must not be used beyond what is necessary to inspect them, and should be returned in suitable packaging. You’ll also need to confirm proof of purchase with your order number. We may make a deduction from your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be processed until you contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once you’ve initiated the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or receiving proof that it has been sent). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.Â
